What is it?
The measurement from your foot to your head in the standing position. You can display your height in either metric (metres and centimetres) or imperial (feet and inches).
Why is it important?
Inputting your height is essential as it will be used to compare and analyse your results. Having an incorrect height will over or underestimate your body composition. Males typically lose 1 to 1.5 inches between the ages of 30 to 70 and females can lose 2 inches over the same age range.
Any recommendations?
If you are not sure, ask a member of staff to check your height, you should be standing with a straight back, and not be wearing any footwear other than socks or tights.
