Don't skip leg day, the largest proportion of muscle in the body is in the legs, so it is essential to train these muscles on a regular basis and not purely concentrate on the upper body ‘on show’ muscle groups.
From the segmental analysis you can break your routines down into upper body, lower body and core sessions. Any areas of improvements you can address by increasing exercise during those sessions. You can also manage your muscle balance from left to right.
