Track, Snap and Goal pages.
There are a number of ways you can monitor changes in your readings when you have completed multiple boditrax scans. Within Dashboard you will find Snap and Track. Meanwhile you can also track your goals.
Track:
Automatically produces a graphical representation of your results, and changed in individual variable.

You can plot one variable or multiple by selecting 'Allow Multiple' in the panel to the right of the graph.

You can also plot your goals on the graph by selecting 'Display Targets' in the same panel located on the right.

Also within the panel you can select and deselect each variable as appropriate.

If you the variable you are looking for isn't in the list. You can click 'Select Metrics' at the bottom of the panel and swap out a metric you don't wish to view for a metric you do.

At the bottom of the page you can also select a date range. Drag the marker along to an appropriate start and end date and scans within that time will be graphed.
Snap:
Displays the numerical change in individual variables positive changed displayed in green and negative changes will be displayed in red. No change will be represented by blue.

Six metrics will be shown on the Snap page. You can change these metrics via the 'Select Metrics' button in the panel on the right. Then clicking on the metric you wish to swap and a pop up window will appear where you can select your new metric to view. You can repeat the process to change the other metrics then click 'done' in the right panel once completed.

Goal:
Once you have set your goals following your first scan (see Goal Setting article), your progress towards your goals from subsequent scans will be represented as a percentage on the Goal page.

You can set and change your goals by selecting 'set goals' in the tab on the right. The a pop up window will appear where you can select the metric you want to target.

On each metric, your previous reading will be on the left highlighted blue, your current reading will be in the middle highlighted green and your goal will be on the right highlighted in purple.
