If you have signed up to boditrax in a different gym and are now a member of a new gym, you may get a message on the kiosk saying "Login was successful, but your account does not have authorization to log in to this facility".
To authorise a new facility please confirm the following:
1. Your name as registered with boditrax
2. The email address on your account (if not emailing from that address)
3. The name of your existing facility
4. The name of the new facility
5. That you are happy to share data personal information with the new facility
6. Your Date of Birth to confirm your identity for data protection purposes
