How do I reset or change my password?

In this section you will find out how to manage all account login and password information

 

I want to log in to boditrax but i cannot remember my password

1. Navigate to www.boditrax.com
2. Choose the "Login" option at the top right
3. Select your version of boditrax either 1.0 or 2.0
4. regardless of which version you picked please select the "forgot password" option
5. Enter the email address on your account
6. Within 30 minutes you should receive a forgot password email

Please be advised that members on our Asia server will need to visit asia.boditrax.com and then click on the "forgot password" button.

 

I know my password and email combination is correct but i am still unable to log in

• Ensure you are logging in with your facilities correct access, some facilities use their own website and app for you to log into

If all of the above fail, please select the "Support" button at the bottom right. Including the below information.

1. Full name as it appears on your account

2. DOB on the account (for identification purposes)

3. The name of the club you signed up to boditrax with

4. The email address you used when you signed up for boditrax
